Am I getting all the nutrition I need? and any advice for a body building diet?

Im 15, but im not looking into getting huge, just getting bigger for rugby. My diet consists of some type of grain usually bread or cereal and fruit. Lunch consist of protien (Jerky, Egg Sandwich, Corn dog etc.) because I work out right before lunch. Then dinner is usually what my parents make, but I get more veggies at dinner the meat and grains.
