...annoying? It reminds me of the little brat in the supermarket screaming, and then he screams again and longer and louder like he can't stop. I recognize that they want to get across the manly, sort of 'drama' across, but does it HAVE to rub me the wrong way? Does anyone agree with me? It's over-emotional.... and their expressions are in the same positions and when they talk they look like puppets, just opening and closing their mouths... and yelling with a sort of 'blank-ish' expression. You'd think after all that yelling they'd need a Ricola.... I probably could watch it if they didn't yell so much, and if the voice acting was not so overdone. I imagine the voice actor with a strained face like someone was torturing him, or he just needed to take a breather, and go outside to cool off, and stop yelling and talk like a more civilized person if he has problems. (I realize they use echoing effects to make their voices seem more grand) It's like the guy was just so pent up when he created/directed DBZ and he just wanted an excuse to yell. And they talk about destroying way too much and they 'power up' for a whole freakin' episode. This probably doesn't appeal to me because I'm not a guy, but Can Anyone Shed Some Light Onto Why They Yell So Much?
If you happen to love Dragon Ball Z, I'll definitely accept your commentary too. Maybe I just don't understand...
