amount of food i ate today healthy?

can anyone give me some input on the amount of food i ate today?
i am a 17 yr old female, 5'11, weight 140

breakfast:
instant oatmeal packet with 1 tsp brown sugar
voskos blueberry greek yogurt (120 cal)
small/medium banana
cup of edamame in shells
2 cups raw cauliflower
snack pack pudding (110cal)
string cheese
kashi choclate peanut roll (190 cal)
cup of red seedless grapes
2 cups steamed zucchini
1/2 cup baked beans
2 hot dogs wrapped in a pillsbury crescent rolls
ice cream sandwich (130 cal)

please let me know...

I would replace certain things in your diet. Like: instead of pudding eat jello. Instead of the ice cream sandwich eat a low cal low fat popsicle. Instead of baked beans eat regular cooked beans. Hot dogs arent the greatest choice but you can eat turkey hot dogs and they taste the same and they are better for you. Grapes are the most fattening fruit so cut that down to a handful instead of 2 cups and eat other fruits more. You need to eat way more vegetables and fruit instead of that other stuff. I really like those steam fresh veggie bags. Just pop them in the microwave add 3 spray of spray butter and eat. I can eat a whole bag of the veggies. Also, I would eat tuna or chicken. I love tuna so i could eat that everyday and its cheap. A lot of people think its expensive to eat healthy. Hey, the fruits and veggies aren't cheap but they are worth it. Also, shop the sales. I really like those Special K snack bars but they are on the expensive side. There was a special were I got 6 boxes for 6 dollars. Keep up the positive attitude and good luck!
