I'm naive about phones, but I had a little crash course from the guy who works at my cell phone provider the other night.
From what I understand, iPhones are basically connected with iTunes and you can download all their cool apps with it. Android is Google's version of the same thing, only you would download the apps from Google instead. He said both have most of the exact same apps, and Android just recently passed up iPhone for amount of apps they have.
He steered me away from Blackberry, which I showed interest in, because he said in so many words that it's becoming passe. The big thing now is apps.
So..... which do you recommend and why?
I got a text that I'm eligible for a free upgrade, that's why I went over there to talk to somebody.
(I know now that "free" upgrade just means I'm eligible for a free crap phone, not a smart phone.
