I haven't posted a question for anime in a few weeks, but this is something that I don't think sifting through the many lists can help me with 
I'm looking for something with a feel for the outdoors, woodland areas, and such.
In terms of plot/characters, something seinen would be awesome, but I'm not going to be very picky.
I really liked the feel Spice and Wolf gave. I won't ask for "something like Spice and Wolf," though, because I know that just doesn't really exist
I'm a little bored with things involving modern/future high school students at the moment, so I'm betting my chips on seinen/outdoors/midevil anime to give me a rest from those common recurring themes.
Any descriptions would be much appreciated, but I will be checking out the wiki of any suggestions I get.

*Also, before anyone asks, I won't be posting a list of what I've watched in this question. Everything I have seen has linked to a highschool setting somehow, and the only one I've watched that hasn't is Spice and Wolf. I watched a few episodes of Claymore, but it just didn't stick well with me like Spice and Wolf did.

I should have been more specific. I was hoping for anime series, not movies. I've seen quite a few of the movies that might fit the description.
I was hoping for something I could watch over the course of a week or two?
