recently about 2 weeks ago I started having pain in my ankle and knees. Last week it was so bad i couldnt workout at all, whenever i did jumping jacks or jump roping there was extreme pain, now its not as bad but its still pretty painful to do these, but thank god, i can workout agian. Ive been icing it but that hasnt been doing much, what could be causing this pain
my workout:
jump rope for 5 minutes
kick a banana bag for 15 minutes
punch heavy bag for 15 minutes
MMA classes for 2 hours
