Another guppy Question!!! lol?

Ok, I was thinking about getting three male guppies? Is it likely that they would fight?
And I would keep them in this tank:

P.S. How long do you think it would take for this tank to cycle?? on average?

3-4 male guppies in that tank would be perfect! (BTW, get over to PetSmart fast, the tank's on a pretty god sale, at least in SoCal were I am it is!) It's got a pretty good little bio-wheel filter, though I think the lights a tad week, but low light plants like java fern and annuias would do fine in there.
As for cycling, it can take about 4-6 weeks to become fully cycled with a fish, a fishless cycle is faster though as the waste can have more dramatic spikes and process faster.
I also recomend looking into snagging a couple cherry shrimp, they have low bio-loads and are good cleaners of detritus and algea on the floor and ornaments. Ghost shrimp are cheaper but can become aggressive towards one another at higher tropical temps. Snails can be a little lazy and tend to be poo machines, plus multiple can result in a population explosion.
And don't forget a good heater, not one of the little pad ones, or one of the pre-set ones that are becoming more and more popular; a dialing heater will come in handy in the future should you need to alter the temp for disease treatment.
