Any ideas for a story plot?

Ok, so i am trying to write a story that i want to get published one day. But i do not have a plot yet. The story is called Cowboy's Stolen Heart. I have my main characters in my story, who are an Oklahoma cowgirl named Sorya Anne Jones, who dreams of being a country music star, and a Texas cowboy named Austin Lerado Woods, who dreams of becoming a professional bull rider. All i know is that i want these two to fall in love. But i am not sure what to write since i am in a writers block. Please help me.
 
Well, you already know who they are, what they want, and what they do for a living. All you need to know is:

1) What is her personal conflict?
2) What is his personal conflict?
3) How do they meet?
4) What inspires a relationship between them?
5) What is the conflict in their relationship? Can it be resolved? Is it resolved?

Fill those out and VOILA! You have a plot skeleton!

I digress giving you ideas, but I hoped this helped.

Okay, here goes.

Instead of having Austin dream of being a professional bull rider, make it to where he's already getting well known in the professional Rodeo circuit. Sorya decides to pack up her things and move to the big city to try and make herself known as a country singer. Except it's really tough finding gigs, so she ends up singing at a country bar one night.

So she's on stage doing her songs when a big ruckus starts and the cowboy walks in. Everybody's paying attention to him and not her, so after the show is over she's really mad at him because she thinks he's a show off.

So she decides to have a drink and he sees her and thinks she's pretty and tries to flirt with her, but she's mad so she shoots him down. Then after that she gets a job singing at the Rodeo that he rides in and she's forced to be around him all the time, and the story picks up from there.
 
The girl's father is the Mayor of the town and the guy's father is his political opponent so they hate each other, causing the two to have to stay secret about their relationship. When the girls father finds out, he has the guy framed doing something really antisocial, so then she doesn't like him anymore, then he has to prove hi innocence, then she almost gets married in Vegas to some other geek, but stops just in time etc etc
