Any Jailbreaks for IOS 4.0.2 Ipod Touch?

I Need a jailbreak for 4.0.2 that works on a 3rd Gen, Ipod Touch, MC086LL model.
-NO DOWNGRADING-
Greenp0sion (or however it's spelled) makes a white screen then just reboots....limera1n doesn't make the green droplet show thus telling me it didn't work...
