A friend was recently involved in a family court case and now the case is over, the people who took my friend to court lost the case and my friend won.

The family who took her to court are now discussing the closed case on internet forums and also discussing about private stuff my friend doesn't want disclosing to lots of people who read the forum.

Is there anything that can be done ?

Its clear the family are talking about my friend but they dont mention names, just everything about the situation and places where the family live.

in uk law is there anything that can be done ? are the family breaching any kind of laws by talking about the closed case (it was a family contact case).

thank you

I think that it's ok if you talk about it and have nothing to do with the legal side of the case and your friend isn't upset about it.
I don't think there's any laws if you've shared the information at your own discretion after the case is closed, or even during, as far as I know.
