Any physical fitness regime plans for a 14 year old planning on going to West Point?

You can say "You`re not even going to want to by the time you`re 18" and such, I don`t care. You`re wrong. Just please answer the question, I am dedicated. I will hopefully commission as an Armor /Cavalry Officer. I know there is no more Cavalry, I want to do forward reconnassaince operations.

Sure: join a wrestling/American football/Basketball/whatever program at your school and make sure to work very hard. It is required that you play a sport competitively while at West Point. Run everyday. Look up the ROTC cadet study on approving APFT scores where you do the basic push ups, sit ups, run at a rotating schedule. I did it while I was in the U.S. Army and it improved my scores to the point of approaching the coveted 300 (I was always a few points shy because I could not run the two miles in thirteen flat).
