My prediction is that Dimitri is going to turn back to dhampir. Adrian and Rose are going to go out. And Christian and Lissa are obviously going to get back together. Abe is going to appear again. And Victor Dashkov is going to do something bad.
 
I agree with you! I think Victor is going to do something evil, because i think they are going to get him out of prison in exchange to help with spirit to heal Dimitri.
And i think lissa and christian will get back together also...
but i hope they will be able to heal dimitri so him and rose can be together, but if they can't heal them im really hoping for a rose/adrian relationship :)
and yes, i think Abe will appear again too.
