Anyone ELSE ABSOLUTLEY HATE TWILIGHT?

HELLO TWILIGHT LOVERS AND HATERS WHO MIGHT BE READIN' THIS!
Well, yes, there has been a lot of fuss about the Twilight series goin' on for the past year or so now, and, I will say this much, it is SOOOOOOOOOO FREAKIN' ANNOYING!!!!!!
I mean, I can't judge the book yet because I haven't read it, but, I started to hate it last year because of all the "obsessions" over the series.
Even if it's really that good, why do you have to worship the book and the characters in them (who aren't EVEN REAL FYI!!!) ??????? IF YOU DO THERE ARE MUCH BETTER THINGS IN THE WORLD THAN OBSESSING OVER EDWARD CULLEN. Or whoever the hell you're obsessin' about from the book.
WELL, at least my friends aren't completely over the top about the book... actually, I tell a lie. They were last year. Their catchphrases were saying "Twilight Rules" to any random person who had the misfortune to hear.
AND, if they had the chance, they would yabber on ALL DAY about EVERY EFFING DETAIL of Twilight.
Even worse. They had to check up on the "official Twilight website" to see EXACTLY when "Breaking Dawn" came out. And when it did, OMG... they read it in like an hour.
Even now people are still reading the books and obsessing. At school one day I saw like five people in A ROW reading Twilight. And before class I heard a mini conversation ALL ABOUT EDWARD CULLEN AND HOW INSANELY "cute" HE IS.
And everyone is pressuring me to read it now, even my mum :(
YES, my friends made me see the movie which was SO BORING.
Bella is like emo and all the guys like her even though she is mainly anti-social and boring.
Edward, on the other hand, HOW THE FREAKIN' HELL IS HE CUTE EVEN REMOTELY??
HE is UGLY. That is all. Daniel Radcliffe should NOT be jealous. And girls should NOT be drooling.
The movie is BOOOOORING and for those of you who think the baseball scene is AWESOMELY COOL let me tell you it is CRAPPILY LAME.
Thank you for listening and yes I still refuse to read Twilight.

My sisters are obsessed with Twilight, and so I tried reading it.
But I couldn't take it.
It's just so horrible!
It's unoriginal (emphasis on the unoriginal), boring, and just plain retarded.
I mean, like, really. =/
As for biteme-twilight<3, please stfu and read some real literature.

You broke up with your friends beacuse they talk about it THAT much that insane and unfriend like.Two Twighlit is a very good book Based on Romance and Drama, seeing as Edward is an Vampire and very mysterious like and bella is like anyone else,It also portrays on how girlfriends supposed to act,like a 'Ride or Die chick''.Its a Cute love story its not the best love story ever i ahve to admit and i LOVE twilight!But i can see why you dont like it beacuse some of my friends didnt and my other friends only Liked the hot Actors.

Its a Love or hate Book /Movie.

I know no one will read this but Twilight isnt a good book. HAVE SOME ACTUALLY PLOT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People should read GOOD books instead of some garbage about some weirdo who doesn't shave. Barely any of it is even that good . GET A GRIP GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!! Why do people worship this book???!!!!! Its like a religon or something now. I read the book and its ok it is not very good.

it sucks i fell asleep reading the first book in this crappy series and to make it worse my girlfriend draged me to see the movie :-( and i fell asleep in that to.

I hate twilight too.I mean,Girls can never get over the fact that the queer vampire will never come to life.Twilight is a joke.It's overrated.And yes,It is Gay.I mean teh girl above just posted a nonsense reply.All of my friends like twilight.And i get sick of it,cuz i hear it everyday.If i could,i would burn every copy of the book.

i was so into twilight but now that i have had time to watch that god awful movie and contemplte the series, i've realized that stephanie meyer's story is balnd and uses components from other vampire romance stories (i've read only one other but it was called the silver kiss and was written in the 80's or something and the two books use the same sentence structure, descriptions, word choice and EVRYTHING.) what a disgrace.
 
I feel somewhat towards the view of pro and con with this book. Ya, the girl is kinda off, is gloomy, and well in some words disturbing, but hey if any disturbing girl like that can find love in a member of a living dead society then I say rock on! Though if that girl has to be constantly saved by a man (or vampire) that says he needs her and that her blood is his personal ecstacy...well now I'm feaking out. Oh! An anybody that gloomy and dark has that many friends and they're constantly at her side and loves her to a imaginable point...God now i know the writer has over done it. Yes, the classic are out. Lovey dovey bull is in. People have been changing over the age. It ain't gunna stop soon. Should've guess that while you were reading the classics.
 
I am 15 and read this book, and at first i was like this is good, but that went down hill fast!!! Bella is just a wimp and baby who has to be saved like how many times becuase she is a retard! edward is perfect(yeah right) he is so boring and needs a life beside saving the retard. the books are so predictible. save yourself and just don't read it.
we need books that have a brave, strong, smart girls that you want to look up to (every thing bella is not)
 
okay first of all who the hell would waste their lives dissing a series of books? i mean COME ON go outside and stare at the sky or something the only reason you even did this is for attention you ignorant..man or woman! whoever you are stop wasting your time trying to force your stupid opinions on someone else. im not defending twilight or anything it just confounds me as to why someone would even waste energy trying to make someone look bad! for the first time i can actually say this to somebody, get a life!

I can't stand Twilight. Its absolute garbage. So predictable and the story is horribly written. When I read this I expected it to be great story like those of the Vampire Chronicle series, that would intrigue me, but it just bore the crap out of me! Seriously it is absolutely horrendous and I just can't see how people like it. I just tell fans that tell me how much they love it that I hate it flat out, I'm not gonna lie about something I detest so greatly.

I also greatly dislike Stephanie Meyers, she is a homophobic bitch who ruined the image of vampires in stories.
 
The twilight books are amaxing i love them SOOO much!! they are (almost) as good as they harry potter books! ( which i simply adore!) stephanie meyer is a really good author and shes only young. But, sadly to say, the movie is abousoulty a peice of crap and i would recommed not to watch it cause it sucks!!! if you have not read the books and saw the movie, you would probably say it rocks, but if you had read the books and saw the movie you would probably say it was terrible too! if not, there is something wrong with you!! read the books, please do, they are amazing. i am not obsessed but they are just soo good its kind of hard not to be! all you people commenting dont know what you are talking about, obvious, cause you have definatly not read the books by the way you are talking about them! you are lazy asses that have nothing to do with your life so you just come up with bullshit and people like you asses will agree with you!!! by the way, you suck!
 
GUYS!!! First of all, everyone has their opinions about this series! If someone really loves or hate this series, can we PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO THEIR OPINION?! Everything has their own fans and criticisms so please respect each other, okay?! Let's not turn into crazy animals.

Personally, I read this book and I thought it was okay, I didn't really like it but I respect those who do like the series so I would appreciate if you guys respect my opinion as well as everyone else's!

The only reason why the majority of this book are girls is that girls love to picture themselves loved and rescued by their own knight in shining armor which they have adapted to Edward Cullen, the "perfect guy" in the book. Don't get me wrong, I want that for myself too! But I don't become obsessed like that because I know the guy for me will come one day so I don't worry about who or what he will turn out to be.

So yeah..... The series didn't work out for me at all. I just didn't like the book but more exposure to what I don't like caused me to even hate this series. I would really appreciate it if you guys would respect my opinion and others as well. Thank you.

Do you have nothing better to do than go and insult people and their opinions? If you hate people who hate things that you do, then why are you on this site? Will you please stop being so disrespectful toward others' opinions? You don't want people doing this to whatever it is you don't like. Please be respectful to others' opinion even they hate what you may happen to like. Everything has its fans and criticisms.
 
Most of u guys suck. Twilight is awsome! It really isn't that bad, u guys r making such horrible comments about it. People can get a bit overboard about it (like me) but just don't be like that plz.
