Anyone know of a decent free circuit simulator?

I am looking for a decent circuit simulator, when I say decent I want it to have a 4026 IC and a 7 segment display. My electronics teacher had a good one but I looked it up and costs £40 from maplin. So if anyone knows of a good one please let me know.
