Anyone use a SE567 Telus router and have trouble accessing the advanced settings?

After typing in the username and password, it tells me "User login - Failed: Access permission is currently denied". I've tried resetting it multiple times, and I just get the same thing.

Use 192.168.1.254 and only one other wise it will fail you

my ip address changed to 142... and got the same problem.

I just fixed this problem on mine, and while I was at it, thought I'd offer some help to some people I found on Google while trying to troubleshoot it. The port forwarding program I used thought the password to my router was telus117 or something like that, so that's probably on lists of passwords, but that's incorrect. The username is admin, and the password is just telus with no numbers. This got me in no problem.
