Apache Air Assault (PS3) Controls - L1/R1 Yaw..?

In the manual on pages 6 and 7 it shows a set up to use L1/R1 for yaw, as well as L2/R2 for throttle control.
I can't seem to see what setting I need to use for this - please help?
