Are 32d/34c big or average?

I was a 34a until recently, I'm 17 so I guess I just got boobs late lol, and I always thought that Cs or Ds were HUGE but I'm not sure whether it's because they are ON me that they don't seem enormous (at least when I'm naked) or that in proportion to my body they're not that big. I guess it doesn't really matter but I'm curious, for a girl who's 5'7" 130 lbs, 34c/d or 32d-25-37, are they average or big? I've heard size has to do with body frame, if I have boobs (now, lol) why do guys notice my butt more?
