I just wanted to know if average korean girls are usually this pretty?

I mean if you go to korea do you usually see girls that look like that just walking though the streets?,because there are a lot of korean girls who go to my school but they usually don't look as pretty and attractive as those girls,I'm not saying there ugly,but they just look rather plain...and they don't usually dye their hair those colors and wear flashy preppy outfits either..
