last thursday i bought a pair of beats tour that i have been wanting for a while and for the first couple days they were awesome. Then yesterday i put them in and the right earphone was playing much louder than the left (or it could have been the right one playing at the correct volume and the left one playing much softer). Also in the right one, which is really the only one you can hear, I can hear static in the background which is really annoying. I bought these at best buy and got the 2 year warranty, but i want to know if they are broken and should be taken back or if i can do something to fix them. Also if i take them back to best buy will they just give me a new pair or do they have to try to fix them. thanks
