Are my torrents visible while using JondoFox and JonDonym/JAP?

I use these and proXPN while doing so and I almost never do anything even possibly illegal.

My torrent client is Vuze and I am always on the i2p and Tor networks when downloading....I know my isp can see. please don't give me any crap about that I shouldn't use torrents and stuff.
