Are myxer.com ringtones completely free?

I made the mistake of getting a ringtone from an ad and when I got the message with the ringtone I was charged $10 for a "premium message" on Verizon. Do myxer.com ringtones come as one of those "premium messages" or will it be covered in my text, pix, and flix plan?

There are some free and some you can pay for. When you get on you can choose "no cost items",

but the songs of artists and pictures that are actually good arent free.

They are 100% free. I've downloaded like 20 ring tones from there and have never gotten a message like that. Myxer.com is the best!
