.... or is there any other logical explanation??? I'm mean how can a player become world class over the night??? Is for some people really enough that he plays for some average club in some big league and he is a world class already???

LOL who said he was world class? He has everything to be world class but he isn't yet. Anyone who doesn't play for Barcelona is "average" in your eyes anyway.
