Are snowmobiles paid off in payments?

I pay it off, like a car right? Probably an extremely stupid question, but I'm just making sure.
& Also, what's the best snowmobile to go for? I'm 15, going on 16 next winter (When I aim to have the snowmobile) and I've previously had Artic Cat, and that was a really reliable snowmobile.

Yes you can make payments but 1st you have to be approved for a loan. That's how it works.
