Are the Ammonia Clear tablets a good product for getting rid of Ammonia

from my fish tank? I bought some Ammonia clear tablets for my 10 gallon fish tank. The tank is about 3 weeks old. I bought test kits and saw that my ammonia levels were pretty high, so I used these tablets, twice the recommended dosage, and I still have a high level of ammonia!!?? I dont know what to do, is there any better product that could get the job done? I even changed about 1/3 of the water. But still fairly high levels of ammonia.

Just wonderin what would be the best thing for me to do..
