All of my pre-Blu-Ray DVD players had the ability to mark the spot at which you stopped watching a particular dvd, play another DVD for a while and then put the first DVD back in and resume playing it from the spot where you had left off. Even a basic DVD player could do this for up to 5 DVD's at a time. I just got my first Blu-Ray DVD player (an LG BD370) and it loses your place as soon as you remove the disc or turn off the DVD player. To make matters worse, the player shuts itself off after only a few minutes of inactivity! It's really driving me crazy. Does anyone know of any Blu-Ray DVD players that have multi-disc resume functionality? I uderstand this may not work on Blu-Ray DVD's for some reason (having to do with Java?), but that's all right, as most of my DVD's are not Blu-Ray. I'd especially like to get one with network functionality, so I can stream Netflix, etc. as well. Thanks!
