Are there any on-line forums where politics are discussed and people are actually

civil with each other? I would especially be interested in forums were people actually try to understand opposing points of view, rather than just hurling epithets, and were serious questions are asked rather than just crude political slogans rephrased as questions.

Obviously, that almost never happens here.
