Are there any religions that believe we can travel to alternate realities?

If so, which one(s)?
No, I don't mean after death, I mean, now, while we are still alive. And I know how to think logically. Maybe the language isn't perfect but I mean a different world. If you've ever watched sci-fi or anything where people go to a different type of place. Does anyone believe we can really do that?
 
Every single one of them. Christianity heaven and hell are two alternate realities that show the duality of this plane of existence, and buddhism is enlightenment suggesting a switching of realities.....to name a couple.
 
If any of them do, it would probably be Scientology since they believe the aliens (Thetans) came to Earth and inhabited human bodies.
 
All of them do.
They just don't refer to them as alternate realities and claim their heavens and hells are all real places instead.
