Are there Any well written fantasy novels for 18 year olds?

I've read various fantasy/romance novels for what seems to be for young adults.
These include books by:
Melissa Marr
Holly Black
Cassandra Clare
More...

I need something more mature, but all of the more adult novels I pick up are tacky and poorly written.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: To just be complete frank, I want to read books that are fantastical, but have the sexual element to them.
ABSOLUTELY NO VAMPIRES.
 
well im an 8th grader but i loved those authors and their books. here are some books you might like...

Graceling/ Fire

1984 (classic book)
hunger games
house of night series
 
The Hobbit
The Lord of the Rings

Amazing and mature fantasies. Best ever written. First ever written. J.R.R. Tolkien Set the bar way to high.
