Are there really people who think that the R&S section should be devoid of humour?

If so, why?

Apparently a lot of people don't know how to take a joke. buncha pusies... >_>
 
Humor is humorous.
Some people think being sober minded means you never joke when discussing spirituality. Laugh as much as possible . It is good for us.

I hope not, they should go away. I don't like them.

I have a lot of fun on here - for every serious question/answer i have, there's a humorous one, and I like it that way. I hope everyone else does, too!
 
There are plenty. More often than not it also seems that much of what is humorous to some can be insulting to others. I rather enjoy the lols though.

The problem is not with humour.

However, if you ask a question of genuine interest to you, then you expect genuine answers.

Humorous questions should be answered humorously, but serious questions are better answered sincerely.
 
Yes. You can spot them easily as their forefingers are grossly overdeveloped from pushing the report button. Who knows why they have turned out like this - I blame a lack of early nurturing plus subsequent brainwashing with hellfire and brimstone fear tactics.

The very idea of a camel attempting to pass through the eye of a literal sewing needle is exaggerated. Another example of such hyperbole is that of seeing the straw in a brother’s eye but not observing the rafter in one’s own eye.
No, Jesus was not a tight-lipped teacher. He was warm and friendly.
For Christians today, a sense of humor can lighten the gloom in times of stress.
