I drive a Nissan Sentra 2000. I have a stock radio but I am planning to replace it soon. These are the three components that I will take to a shop to get installed. I want to know if they are comptabile.

The amp:

The box:

And two of these subs:

How much of the full potential of these subs am I going to see with this setup? Do you guys know any alternatives at the same price that work better together? I am still new to car audio. Thanks!

according to link 1), those subwoofers are rated for 400w RMS each so you need an 800w amp for 2 of those subwoofers. That amp only puts out 60w @ 2 ohms impedance (according to the link you provided for the amp) and, because it is bridgeable, you are able to combine the two 2-ohm channels into one 4-ohm channel which would put out about 120 watts. 120 is a lot less than 800 so you wouldnt see much out of your subwoofers and could even damage them from being so underpowered. Therefore, you need a much more powerful amp OR you can just buy one subwoofer and get an amp that puts out 400-500 watts RMS (RMS is key. NEVER pay attention to max ratings). As far as the box goes, it doesnt say how much volume of air space there is but you can put those subwoofers in there since it is made for 12" subs. In total that system would be about $60 plus whatever that amp costs. I would look at these amps since they are on the cheaper side but are still made by reputable companies:

of course these are only a few of MANY choices of amps and companies. Also those are mainly for buying only one of the kenwood subs you proposed. If you truly want 2 of those subs these would be some good choices:

and again there are MANY choices out there. Im sure that 1 of those subs will be good enough bass for you because you are new to car audio but 2 of those powered by close to 800 watts RMS will definitely be enough bass for most people. good luck with your build :)
