get, XP, vista or win7? Core i5 650 Box (4Mb Cache,3.20Ghz) LGA1156

Memory: 2x Kingstone 2GB PC 1066 (KVR1333D3N9/2G)
HDD: Seagate SATA II 500Gb 16Mb
VGA: PixelView 9500GT 1Gb 128Bit DDR3

Also, does 3ds MAX work in win7?
