Are they going to make a working model of the BMW M1 concept?

Because the one at the motor show was only the shell im wondering if there going to, or already have, make the car with an interior, motor etc. that will actually run.
What do you all think about the styling and rims of the new M1?
Do you think it compares to the older M1?
