...3ds games now.? I just got Pokemon Black 2 and I heard they are making Pokemon X and Y but that is ONLY for the 3ds and i don't have a 3ds but i want to keep the pokemon games fun on the normal Dsi XL without getting a 3ds because I love Pokemon.
 
Unfortunately it's most likely that future Pokemon games will be for the 3DS or later consoles. The Nintendo DS is old news now. .
