Are you plagued by suspicions that other people, including loved ones, may be doing things behind your back that will end up hurting you?
 
I think everyone suffers from a small case of paranoia every now and then, if I was to say don't look up, you would instantly begin to think of the worst case scenarios of what I was asking you to NOT look at. It's not unreasonable that a suppressed part of you is always thinking about the worst things that people could be scheming behind you (even if it the most it turns out to be a surprise birthday party).

that's the karma of doing things to hurt your love ones, in return you are filled with unease about the same things you've done.
 
All the time. I've been in that situation för 6 months now. And I'm not paranoid. Two doctors said it. It's called fear. Nothing else. You don't trust them. Exactly as i do not trust my loves ones. I've been looking for a solution for a long time...
 
paranoia, and yes i do.....i feel everyone will betray me....speak behind my back and do horrible things to me.....(beat up, hurt etc)
 
Not plagued but wonder occasionally.
