I'm 6ft about 195-205lbs. I'm a little heavy but not fat by any means and I have great leg and decent arm strength, will I be good to pass APFT by the end of basic?
Assuming I lose weight and gain muscle while there.
You'll pass and feel/look the best you ever have so far in life. You'll find 25 push-ups, a common disciplinary measure, so easy to do that it is almost laughable.
