Art Activity for Kinders- Nutrition?

I need an art activity for Kinder age and the theme this week is nutrition. So a craft or art idea that promotes the nutrition theme would be great, I have been looking on the internet all weekend and I am having no luck!

One thing I forgot to mention is that it is a daycare centre and I can't bring food in/ use food for art, since food is for eating...
