Title pretty much says it, but I seriously would like to know if there are any other Christians out there who haven't regretted having sex before they're married, be it with a boyfriend, fiance, eventual husband, or what have you. Has your decision affected your life in a negative or positive way?
To be clear, I'm not asking your views on religion or sex. I know there are plenty of different opinions on the subjects, but I really just want to know your experiences and how you felt about it. Thanks
Also to clarify, I'm not asking for validation or accountability of any feelings or actions. I've never regretted the decision to have sex, and as a Christian I know there's a huge deal made about it, which I do believe is undeserved.
I'm just curious to know others' experiences being a Christian and non-virgin.
Did you begin to regret your decision soon after, or years later? I guess I just don't understand the mindset in regretting something so much, and knowing you would in advance, but still doing it.
