As a pesco-vegetarian, what are some good sports nutrition books, websites etc?

I'll be training heavily in the coming months and looking to eat/supplement well.

Unfortunately I don't have any useful information, and you probably won't find much here because you're in the wrong section. That term doesn't even make sense... someone who eats fish is, by definition, not a vegetarian.

That said, I don't see why 'regular' sports nutrition resources wouldn't be sufficient.

I find tracking what I eat and how much I exercise on Livestrong to be really helpful. It's easy to use and free.

Any regular book or website. Just eat fish whenever the diet plans in there tell you to eat meat.

A better word is 'pescetarian' by the way. I know 'pesco-vegetarian' was used once upon a time, but it is really an oxymoron.
