First of all, not all religions ask you to "submit." That's an Abramic concept foreign to the religions I'm about to describe.
The Church of Satan is an Atheist church, that is simply a detailed philosophy. Buddhism isn't about a god, but a way of life. Wiccans believe that what we perceive as deities is a force of nature and that all "supernatural" things will eventually be explained by science. Unitarian Universalist churches don't take a stand on any deity or afterlife, but celebrate the worth and dignity of all life and exercise their spirituality by doing good things for the world. Some people of all religions simply see a god as a representation and symbol for all that is good in the world.
A lot of things qualify as religions that don't hold belief in a god.
