att dsl internet problem - please help!?

What that means is the problem probably isn't inside. Call AT&T, they are the only ones who can fix it.
 
my internet has been down for almost a week now. i don't know what the problem is. i have at&t dsl. this is the first time i've had any problems with it.
i have the AT&T 2Wire Wireless Router
up until now, all the right lights have been lit green and the internet has worked fine.
now only the top light is lit green and all the other ones are off. excepet for the one that says internet. that one is lit red and my internet has not been working. can someone please help me out. thanks
 
First, have you paid your bill? AT&T repeatedly makes you call them after you make an online payment, so a rep can do a manual deactivation. If you have, do a hard reset by: (A) finding and holding down the reset button on the router for 10 to 20 seconds. (B) disconnecting the router from the power source for 10 to 20 seconds. This should solve your problem. If not call AT&T dsl tech support.
