ATT VU vs Incite. Which phone should I get?

I can get either for free but which one is better I've never really had a nice phone and I don't really know which one I should get I want to know why I should get the Incite or why I should get the VU

and I'm in college so I would also like internet on the phone and also how is the glare on the Incite the video I watched made it look horrible
