Attention all authors who like to rant about writing!?

I have noticed plenty of other authors besides myself on Yahoo! Answers and decided that I wanted to see what some authors thought about some writing topics that I think about all the time.

1) Do you write more based on plot or characters?
2) What is more fun: the mental planning process or actual writing?
3) How often do you change your title during the making of your book?
4) Which is worse: bad reviews or wondering if your critics are just humoring you with their complements?
5) Do you end your chapters with a plot twist or a foreshadowing?
6) What keeps you writing?
7) Do you think it's more important to keep the reader alarmed or be very detailed?
8) Is your novel concept-based or scene-based?
9) What is your biggest issue in writing?
10) Here you can just rant about your novel or whatever:

Remember, this is supposed to be fun; don't just answer the question, explain!
I did just post it, but I noticed a spelling error in the body and had to correct it in a new post. I am OCD.
