i was out last night and i got caught riding my bike without a helmet so they asked me alot and i told them everything and they wrote it down in their notebook BUT they didnt give me a ticket does this mean they are or arnt going to fine me.
this is the first time ive been in trouble with the police here in australia so im pretty shook up.
