hi guys, i have just been pondering wether i could get away with putting some american cichlids in with some natives?
i was thinking maybe: one of each, barra, silver perch, golden perch, jade perch, bass, purple spotted gudgeon, yellow fin bream, sleepy cod, coal grunter, red scat and silver scat, mono argenteus and sebae, salmon cat, tandanus cat, and 2 archers and then the cichlids, jag. cichlid, jack dempsey, texas, gold saum, oscar and maybe a firemouth?
what problems would i face?
which fish wouldent mix?
which would outgrow the rest?
the most aggressive?
any other natives that could replace any outcasts?
what size tank are we looking at for all these?
i have friend who have dams and ponds and big tanks that i would be able to give any too big fish to.
i have successfuly kept natives with an oscar before but im not so sure about the other cichlids.
im new to the cichlid world so any help would be much appreciated.
