Yesterday I worked out, and increased weight increments on everything to build muscle, instead of same to strengthen.
I did pull-ups, then pulled bar behind my head, chest press, flys, curls, dips, deadlifts, sit-ups, ab stuff, back (supermans).
And today my upper back is sore (From pull-ups and the latter), and I ran 7 miles today. How should I recover?
