A friend of mine has a little money in a savings bank account in Tunisia, but he cant go in person to take it out. I am aware that exporting Dinars is difficult. How can the money be taken out and transformed into Euros ? My friend lives in France. This is a genuine question. For more information, my friend is too unwell to travel to Tunisia. Thanks.
