Battlefield 2 DVD Complete collection, how to add EF and AF?

Hello Fellow Gamers

I have the Battlefield 2 DVD Complete collection.

I have perfectly installed the first game and the Special Forces.
I then look for the Armored Fury and the Euro Forces, but the DVD doesn't allow me to install it, because it simply doesn't give me a setup anywhere.

So does any of you know how to add the BF2 Armored Fury and the BF2 Euro Forces ??

PS: I have already the 1.50 patch installed.

EDIT:
I have been told to register my product, but I cannot locate the product code on my dvd-box/manual.
