the bbb is the biggest joke,they don't do anything to help a consumer,
here what happen,put a deposit on a used motorcycle for 3000
decided not to buy the bike week later,dealer gave me 2000 back and promised to pay the rest back asap,they never did,almost went to jail fighting with the guy.
so i turned to the bbb for help,they gave the business 30 days to reply and they did
the guy who owns the business made up a lie said that i agreed to have an in store credit for the remaining 1000 only good for a bike in similar value 8000,what a bunch of bs.
what kind of in store credit is that,anyway the bbb 3 months later said theres nothing we can do
they agreed that he was ripping me off but said the only way we can help you is if you pay us 500
to go after him,and the complaint i filed against this dealer only holds for 3 months then goes away
the bbb is the bigest joke ever,they cant do anything to anyone that does you wrong
but they go around acting like they are there to help people.
i got ripped off 1000 dollars and even the police said sory cant do nothing to a dealer
can you belive this crap...............
i never signed anything that states these funds are non refundable....
the funny thing is that the bbb told me he has 3 complaints for the same thing
so this dealer is flat out riping people off over and over again
but the bbb who says they will protect us the consumers
