Been talking to a guy for three months now, and he still hasn't asked me out?

Ok. Here goes:

He's four years older than me (Not a big deal. I'm mature for my age. And no, I'm not just saying that. I have the soul of an old woman).
He lives about 20 minutes away from me.
He's a good friend of my brother's (also not a big deal. It obviously doesn't bother him enough to not talk to me).
We've been texting all-day, virtually every day since mid-August.
He's REALLY sweet, funny, thoughtful, all the good stuff.
He takes advantage of any chance he gets to buy me something or help me with something.
Gives subtle hints that he likes me.
Came to two football games (per my request) and talked to me the entire time.

Why wouldn't he ask me out? I'm all for taking it slow, but it's been THREE MONTHS. I feel like I know everything there is to know about him and that it's going to fizzle out if something doesn't happen.

Please help! Feel free to ask questions.

2. He's just not that into you.

I tend to go with #2 on most cases.

Maybe he's afraid of getting a girlfriend because of past expiriences or maybe he's just scared to ask you out. You should maybe ask him out sometime, he'd probably say yes Try talking on the phone or hanging out more in person because that will make both you and him more comfortable with each other. Do you guys ever talk in person or on the phone? Make a move! Be spontaneous! Do something to get more of his attention. Just go with your heart Hope that helped and good luck with your situation!
