Beginner kettle bell weight?

I've heard good things about kettle bells and would like to snag one or two to start working with. I'm looking to build better athleticism/explosiveness by using them, but I'm just not sure what weight kettle bells I should buy as a beginner.

I'm not exactly new to strength training, but I'm definitely not the strongest guy around. Max deadlift right now is 325lbs, repping 275lbs (both raw), if that's any indication or help.

Explosions, Cleans, Cleans/Press are my favorite exercises. It seems that you are pretty strong though, and there is no real measure for which weight is right for you. Start out with something smaller (35 lbs?) just to get technique down and move up. I would recommend going to a gym or something that has them just to find a weight size that is good for you.
